The new school comprises of two departments namely Department of Agricultural Biosystems, Economics and Horticulture (DABEH); and the Department of Agroforestry, Environmental Studies and Integrated Natural Resources (DAFRESINR) . We currently offer seven (7) accredited undergraduate programmes and five (5) postgraduate programmes up to masters level.
We have a pool of 33 qualified teaching staff, 16 in DABEH, and 17 in DAFRESINR . The school enrolment stands at 684 and the School has capacity to accommodate more students across its 12 programmes. The School is actively involved in expanding and diversify its programmes to enhance the University contribution to training, research and extension in agriculture, environment, forestry and natural resources management sub-sectors.
