(i) BSc. or B. A. Second Class Honours (Upper Division) degree or its equivalent in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Economics, Commerce or other related disciplines, from a recognized University OR
(ii) BSc. or B. A. Second Class Honours (Lower Division) degree from a recognized University, who in admission in this have received postgraduate diploma or research experience as evidenced by at least one published paper in a workshop proceeding or three years relevant.
